Manage your subscription

Cancel or switch plans anytime. It takes about 30 seconds.

Deenra Pro is billed through your Apple ID, so Apple handles cancelling and changing plans. Nobody, including us, can cancel it on your behalf, but it only takes a few taps.

Open my Apple subscriptions

Opens Apple's subscription settings. Works best on your iPhone.

In the Deenra app

1. Open Deenra and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Manage next to your plan, or Manage or cancel subscription under Support.
3. Choose Cancel Subscription, or pick the other plan to switch.

On your iPhone

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Deenra Pro, then Cancel Subscription.

Good to know

• After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. You won't be charged again.
• Cancelling during the 3-day free trial means you won't be charged at all.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple settings first.
• For refunds, request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles all payments and refunds.
• Your scan history, diary and settings stay on your phone whether or not you subscribe.
